Karen Farra, PA-C has been a member of the cardiovascular team at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak (formerly Beaumont Hospital) since 1999. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

With more than 25 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine, Karen is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes. She values educating her patients and believes that informed patients are empowered to make confident decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She stays active by working out at the gym, playing tennis, boating, and traveling.
